We do not have a physical location for "viewing." Quality Bike Rentals is a delivery only service. We bring the bikes to you. 

Yes – renters must be at least 18 years old to book and operate any e-bike. This policy applies even if a parent or guardian is present for supervision. All renters are required to meet this age requirement and confirm they are physically capable of safely riding the e-bike during checkout.

We do not allow minors under 18 to rent or ride, regardless of accompaniment, due to safety, liability, and local regulations.

We are now only providing deliveries to pre-approved areas along the Lady Bird Like Hike and Bike Trail.

1. Along Pleasant Valley next to the Krieg Softball Complex. Either on the side of the road or in the parking lot of the athletic complex.
2. The parking lot at Metz Neighborhood park at the end of Pedernales Street
3. Near the Lorraine "Grandma" Camacho Activity Center along Jesse E. Segovia St
4. The Parking lot across from Martin Neighborhood Pool along Chicon St at Festival beach
5. Rainey St Trailhead Park at the intersection of East Avenue and Cummings Street
6. Near the boat ramp adjacent to Austin High School located on Stephen F. Austin Dr
7. The dirt parking lot underneath Mopac Expressway where Stratford Drive crosses underneath Mopac. (South Side of the lake)
8. Vic Mathias Park at Auditorium Shores

• The Bike: Premium RadExpand 5 Plus e-bike with 750W motor, throttle + torque sensor pedal assist, 45+ mile range, 7-speed Shimano gearing, and 20x4 fat tires for streets and light trails. Step-thru frame fits riders 4'10"–6'4".
• Safety: Adjustable Helmet, strong disc brakes, integrated lights (brake-activated) and turn signals, reflective tires, bell, LED display.
• Security & Utility: Heavy-duty lock, phone mount, rear-mounted basket, ergonomic grips, cushioned saddle, front-end suspension.
• Delivery & Pickup: Fully charged bike delivered to your hotel, Airbnb, or home in central Austin at your chosen time. We pick it up at the end—no drop-off needed. Just lock it up where it was dropped off or let us know if you intend to leave it somewhere else. Bikes are due back by 6 PM.

Right now our fleet is small as we are still a growing and expanding business. Due to fleet size constraints we are only renting out bikes in pairs (we can only rent out 2 bikes at a time).

The RadExpand 5 Plus e-bikes offers you both options.

• Throttle: Twist-grip throttle for instant power from a standstill, no pedaling required. Great for quick starts at lights, climbing hills without effort, or just cruising when you want a break from pedaling.
• Pedal Assist: 5 levels of assist that amplify your pedaling—choose how much help you want, from light boost to strong support. The motor kicks in smoothly as you pedal, making longer rides or headwinds feel easy.

You can use either mode independently or combine them. Most riders switch between the two depending on the situation: pedal assist for a natural feel on trails, throttle for relaxed sections or traffic.

The RadExpand 5 Plus e-bikes are equipped with a high-capacity battery that delivers a real-world range of 45+ miles on a full charge under typical Austin riding conditions.

Actual distance varies based on the following:

• Rider weight and cargo: Heavier loads reduce range slightly.
• Terrain and elevation: Austin is mostly flat, but frequent hills or off-pavement sections use more power.
• Assist level and throttle use: Lower pedal-assist settings or more pedaling stretch the battery farther; heavy throttle-only riding shortens it.
• Temperature and wind: Cooler weather or headwinds can trim a few miles.

Most customers comfortably complete a full day of mixed sightseeing—Lady Bird Lake loop plus detours to SoCo, Zilker, or East Austin—without completely draining the batter.

Bottom line: 45+ miles is conservative for average use. This is generally sufficient enough to allow for a full day of exploration around central Austin.

Our RadExpand 5 Plus e-bikes deliver a solid real-world range of 45+ miles per charge under typical Austin riding conditions—plenty for a full day of trails, neighborhoods, and stops.

Due to current manufacturer supply constraints, we are unable to provide replacement batteries at this time.

• For single-day rentals: Plan your ride to stay within the battery's range. The display shows remaining power clearly.
• For multi-day rentals: You'll receive a charger at delivery for easy overnight recharging at your hotel or Airbnb.

We recommend monitoring the battery level and adjusting assist/throttle use to conserve power (lower assist and more pedaling extend range significantly).

If you have concerns about range for your planned route, contact us before booking—we're happy to advise based on distance and terrain.

All rentals are prepaid in full at the time of booking via our secure Stripe checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards.

Refunds & Cancellations:

• Full refund if canceled 24+ hours before your scheduled delivery time.
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of delivery (including no-shows).
• No refunds for early returns or unused time.
• If we need to cancel due to weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.
